Today, our team met for a new monthly leadership training series we’re calling Good to GRAND Leadership Academy. Each month we’ll discuss new ways to grow as leaders who bring our best to our clients, coworkers, family and friends.

This month we dove into John Maxwell’s Five Levels of Leadership as well as the personal accountability and self-awareness needed to be an inspiring leader.

We loved facilitating this awesome conversation with our team! Grand Machine and Design is lucky to have such a diligent team that’s enthusiastic about learning.
