🏠 Building stronger communities starts with investing in local families.
We're proud to celebrate a $100,000 grant from the BlueScope Foundation, the charitable foundation of Steelscape's parent company, BlueScope, to Cowlitz County Habitat for Humanity. The grant will support the Church & Academy Street Development, a 16-home affordable housing community in Kelso, WA, and help create new homeownership opportunities for local families. The project represents the largest Habitat housing development in the organization's local history.
A long-time Habitat partner, Steelscape has supported the organization through employee volunteerism, fundraising, material donations, and community involvement. Habitat board members, volunteers, staff, and Steelscape employees recently gathered to celebrate this milestone and its lasting impact on our community.
