Good morning! We just had our new website launched a few weeks ago, which is amazing! However, the "get a quote" link is not allowing quote requests to reach our email inbox. We are diligently working hard to resolve the issue.

For now, if you need a quote, please call the office or my cell 757-572-7895 or email me at [email protected]. I have retrieved some of the incoming quote requests and have replied.

I will update everyone once the system is working as designed.

Happy Friday, Everyone!!! I hope there are big weekend plans on the horizon.

I wanted to also reach out and ask the big question about Brands.

Is it the name you want in your laundromat or is it what the equipment of that brand can do for your bottom line?

Do the customers even care about branding or is it actually just being sold to us?

HAPPY FRIDAY, EVERYONE!!! I spent the week driving around, dropping into all the laundromats around our wonderful territory, and I got to thinking:

In Colorado, water is liquid gold.

So why do I still see so many laundromats running machines that are absolute utility hogs?

It makes me wonder: do owners realize how much profit is literally going down the drain with every cycle?

This isn't meant to call anyone out—it's simply an observation worth discussing. When you're shopping for new equipment, the lowest purchase price isn't always the lowest cost. In fact, it can end up being the most expensive decision you make.

The true cost of ownership includes water, sewer, gas, electricity, maintenance, and downtime—not just the number on the quote.

Before you chase the cheapest upfront price, take a hard look at the long-term operating costs. Your margins will thank you.
