We also provide management for complex building systems which allow us to be a single source vendor for all building and data center support systems. These systems include heating & cooling units for critical and comfort environments, batteries & UPS systems for data centers, as well as emergency ge

nerators for all critical power applications. By providing our customers with proper maintenance, we improve reliability, reduce down time, and help their equipment reach its designed life cycle. When it becomes necessary to replace or repair their equipment, we take the time to educate our customers about the requirements and options for the repair and then offer a solution based on their unique desires and budget. Senior HVAC Service and Junior HVAC Service Technicians wanted.

We are a very stable company which has been operating for 20+ years. We provide maintenance and service for a committed contract base. Our field employees receive year-round work with occasional overtime requirements. We recognize the value of our staff as our greatest asset and work to ensure all employees are challenged and satisfied at the same time.

Responsibilities and Qualifications for Senior HVAC Service Technician-

· Possess 5 plus years experience as a service technician.
· Have a broad in-depth understanding of all systems associated with commercial building mechanical systems
· Be able to work as a lead technician taking responsibility for job coordination and supervision
· Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning systems including chillers, boilers, controls, humidifiers, cooling towers, and heat pumps
· Perform the following repairs: compressor change-outs, locate and repair refrigerant leaks, valve replacements, motor change-outs, and advanced electrical troubleshooting
· Work periodically in an ‘on call’ capacity to provide emergency service after normal working hours

Responsibilities and Qualifications for Junior HVAC Service Technician-

· Possess 2 plus years experience as a service technician
· Have a basic understanding of all systems associated with commercial building mechanical systems
· Be able to work independently
· Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning systems including rooftop units and split systems
· Be able to use all tools generally required for the trade including meters, gauges, pumps, and torches
· Work periodically in an ‘on call’ capacity to provide emergency service after normal working hours

We work in the greater Baltimore and Washington metropolitan areas. All of our clients are commercial; we do not do residential work.
