rting at just three local farmers markets in Jersey City. Before founding this business, I built a career in marketing for consumer brands, worked in professional kitchens, and raised my son. My passion for sharp knives, cooking, and the restaurant world led me to turn a lifelong skill into a full-time craft. Farmers markets give me the chance to connect directly with my customers, stay close to the culinary community, and spend time outdoors with my dog Luna — all while doing what I love most: keeping your blades razor sharp.
