Sometimes you don't realize what you have until you've experienced what your missing.

One of our maintenance team members left True West Beef to pursue another opportunity. After a few months he made the decision to come back.

Why?

He found that proper training, support, and feeling like part of a team mattered more than he realized. When he returned to True West Beef, he knew he was coming back to a place where he felt supported, valued, and welcomed as part of the team.

For us retention isn't just about keeping people on the schedule. It's about creating an environment where employees have the tools to succeed, people they can count on, and a team they're proud to be a part of. We're proud to have him back and even more proud to be the kind of workplace people want to com back to.
