For most of my life I never wanted to work at Voss. When people asked me why I didn’t want to join the family business I would vehemently insist “it’s not for me.”

The young version of myself didn’t know that working at Voss meant so much more than selling things. As an adult I now see so clearly what working at Voss really entails. Of course it’s knowing the product and understanding install logistics. But more importantly, it’s about taking care of people. It’s about knowing how to ask the right question(s) because you actually care, not because of a commission payout. It’s about representing our family in a way that makes others feel good about themselves.

Everyday I watch my family shake hands, hug and reminisce with people from all over Pittsburgh. It’s truly the most rewarding part of the job.

We love yinz. We’re here for all of your appliance and TV questions. 🫶🏼✌🏼
