Congratulations to our very own 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 for his 2nd Place finish in the Tank Truck Class at the 2024 Missouri Truck Driving Championships, hosted by the Missouri Trucking Association! 🏆

"The two-day event, sponsored by the Association’s Council of Safety Supervisors, evaluated 167 drivers on a written test of their knowledge of the industry, safety and security, first aid, and fire safety. Another segment of testing included hands-on pre-trip vehicle inspections. The participants competed in their respective classes on a point-value-assessed driving skills course of six obstacles that simulate actual everyday conditions. The skills course tested drivers’ ability to judge distances, maneuver tight spaces, park and position their vehicle exactly over scales, before barriers or around curves."

We are very proud of Justin for representing Capital Hauling in this event and for his outstanding efforts! Keep up the great work! 👊

We're proud to have partnered with Save MO Lives and Bucket Agency in promoting safe driving practices when sharing the road with large commercial motor vehicles. Through this collaboration, we aim to raise awareness and foster a culture of responsibility on our highways.

As the Missouri Department of Transportation states, "A safer Missouri is a better Missouri. This is the heart of Show-Me Zero, a strategic highway safety plan for eliminating fatalities and serious injuries on Missouri roadways."

Let's continue to unite our efforts and work together towards a common goal – keeping our roads safe for all travelers! 👏

We couldn’t be more proud to have Annie as a member of our Hauling team!👊🏼

Capital is vertically integrated from production to construction. Within our operations, our hauling division (Capital Hauling) plays a crucial role in guaranteeing the seamless transportation of materials to our various jobsites!

Meet Annie Pruitt - a Dump Truck Driver for our Capital Hauling team!

Annie joined the Capital Hauling team full-time upon graduating from the Capital Academy program in July of 2023! A dedicated teammate, Annie transports materials to our asphalt plants and stockpiles in preparation for the upcoming asphalt season, as well as hauling the asphalt itself to our paving crews. Her success within Capital Hauling was proven by her recognition as the December Driver of the Month in 2023! When asked what makes her most proud to be a woman in the industry, Annie expressed, "Showing other women and people in general that, no matter who you are, if God is calling you to do it, you can."
