PART 4 — AUTOMATED STORAGE & KITTING
Once processing is complete, finished parts move into a large automated storage and sorting silo where the system intelligently organizes components by order.

One of the most impressive parts of the entire system is watching the robot move throughout the inside of the silo, automatically retrieving and organizing parts with incredible speed and precision.

As all required parts arrive, the line automatically releases complete kits for stacking and palletizing before final wrapping and shipment to the assembly facility.

This fully integrated workflow minimizes manual handling while maximizing organization, accuracy, and production flow.

What makes this system even more impressive?
Parts spend an average of just 39 minutes moving through the entire operation — including a 20-minute cooling cycle — all supervised by only four full-time employees.

PART 3 — HIGH-PRODUCTION FTT PROCESSING

After sizing and edgebanding, parts move into the next phase of automation: the high-production FTT processing line.

Here, panels are processed in pairs simultaneously for drilling, routing, additional edgebanding operations, and automatic Lock Dowel insertion.

Many components require back-side machining, which means the system automatically flips parts for secondary processing before continuing through the line.

The result? Fast, repeatable, precision manufacturing with minimal manual handling. This level of automation allows complex part processing to happen continuously while maintaining accuracy and throughput.

PART 2 — VERTICAL BUFFER & EDGEBANDING FLOW

Once panels are cut to size and veneer is applied, each part is labeled and transferred into a large vertical buffer system for cooling before processing continues.

From there, parts are automatically distributed in sequence to a high-efficiency sizing, squaring, and edgebanding line featuring automatic load, return, and unload capabilities.

Every panel is unique.
➡️ Different sizes.
➡️ Different edge requirements.
➡️ Different processing paths.

Some components require up to four passes through the line — all directed automatically through label-driven automation.

Even veneer overhang trimming is completed inline as part of the process.
