When production hits a ceiling, it’s time to rethink the process. 🤔

At Monarch Cabinetry, Owner Aaron Jesse identified the finishing room as the primary bottleneck—limiting output to just 50 cabinets per day. With two large curing rooms taking up valuable space and parts sitting for hours to dry, production capacity was maxed out.

The solution? A complete transformation of the finishing operation. 🤯

The CHALLENGE:
Sheets were being cut one at a time on two large panel saws due to constant pattern changes — followed by a second machining step that doubled labor and handling.

The SOLUTION:
Convert to 100% nesting with a newly installed Biesse Rover Multi Up 1224 nesting line. Now, cutting and machining happen in a single step with automatic loading/unloading and integrated label printing — eliminating the second operation and dramatically improving efficiency.

As Dillon Hasenour, CNC Manager at Euronique, put it:
“We are changing the way we have always processed cabinet parts from cut first to 100% nesting and the results are staggering. This is now our third Biesse flat table router but the first with automatic loading/unloading and label printing.”
