We're pleased to announce another successful project launch! Double M Dairy in Belgium, Wisconsin, has chosen Tri-County Dairy to implement a state-of-the-art 40-stall Dairymaster Rotary. With a proven 20-year working relationship, Tri-County Dairy and Double M Dairy have partnered once again to expand the parlor, previously collaborating on the Dairymaster Swing 12 expansion in 2006. This comprehensive project features a Dairymaster 40-stall low-bail rotary, Commander automation with single-place identification, Dairymaster Dairy Vue 360 software, and a Mueller Chiller system with three tanker bays. The new facility encompasses the parlor area, a holding area capable of accommodating 230 cows per group, 430 freestalls, freshening pens, a sort area, and a hoof trimming area. We thank Double M Dairy for entrusting Tri-County Dairy with this project and look forward to our continued collaboration.

This new cross vent calf facility was recently completed at the Holmesville Dairy in Argyle Wis. It features 2 Forster technik calf feeders with each feeder capable of feeding 2 calves at the same time via the IFS station. J&D ventilations will provide year around fresh air for the calves

There’s always time for a small project!
TCD installed qty 2 Navian tank less units and a twin tower softener system on this newly installed Robot Dairy near Argyle Wisconsin. Todd and crew did a wonderful job

“Extreme make over, Dry cow shed addition “…… Well just a little update this week on a dry cow shed in Brooklyn Wisconsin
Added new Norbco headlocks to the outside feed area.
New Norbco curtains on the outside with added protection with some continuous fencing from our friends in Harvard Illinois “ RCM direct”

Another project underway at the Holmesville Dairy in Argyle Wisconsin
TCD will be installing two Forster Technik calf feeders complete with IFS units and Hygiene boxes
The new cross ventilated calf facility will have individual pens to back ground baby calves for 10 days before they move on to group pens and be fed on the calf feeders.
