Rob brings more than 35 years of operational leadership experience and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, improving efficiency, and driving operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated that lasting success starts with investing in people and empowering them to do their best work.

In his new role, Rob will help strengthen our day-to-day operations by:

Outside of work, Rob recently celebrated 25 years of marriage with his wife. He is the proud father of two daughters, including a recent University of Tennessee graduate and a current UT sophomore. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and working in his yard.
