We’re proud to announce that ACES has acquired Meskel & Associates Engineering (MAE), a 50-person consulting and engineering firm specializing in geotechnical investigation, environmental studies, construction materials testing, and construction engineering inspection (CEI). Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, MAE serves clients across the broader Southeast United States.

MAE’s addition expands our geographic presence in Florida, introduces new capabilities—including drilling and CEI—and brings complementary clients to our growing U.S. platform.

This acquisition reflects ACES Group’s broader U.S. expansion strategy, a key priority for Co-CEOs Izzat Katkhuda and Dr. Naeem Abdulhadi.
