GMHILL-Native Solutions JV has been awarded a position on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District's $400M Small Business Design-Build MATOC, a five-year vehicle for MILCON and sustainment, restoration & modernization (SRM) funded projects for facilities within the Savannah District's Military AOR.

Task orders under this contract will cover design-build and design-bid-build delivery of new construction, renovations, and repairs at Army and Air Force installations across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, including Fort Stewart, Hunter Army Airfield, Fort Eisenhower, Fort Benning, Fort Bragg, Robins AFB, Moody AFB, and Seymour Johnson AFB. Expect a full range of vertical work: barracks, maintenance and operations facilities, hangars and airfield support, training facilities, utility and site infrastructure, and whole-building renovations.

We look forward to supporting USACE Savannah's mission and the Soldiers, Airmen, families, and installations it serves. Let's get to work.

Big news! 🎉 Our President, Gina M. Hill, PE, CGC, NAC, has been inducted into the National Academy of Construction, one of only 45 new members in the Class of 2026.

It's one of the highest honors in the construction profession, and it recognizes a career spent growing G.M. Hill Engineering from a small engineering practice into a national design-build firm while championing mentorship and STEM education every step of the way.

The ceremony was held in Nashville, where Gina was inducted alongside Pankaj Duggal (Michael Baker International), Ernest Enrique (CMS Corporation), and Sal Nodjomian (Matrix Design Group). Thanks to Mark Handley, Mike Blount, and Mercedes Enrique for celebrating with her.

We're proud to share that GMHILL-Native Solutions JV has been awarded a Job Order Contract (JOC) by the U.S. Army to provide sustainment, renovation, and modernization construction at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield in Georgia.

Fort Stewart is home to the 3rd Infantry Division and is the largest Army installation east of the Mississippi River. Together with Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, it supports tens of thousands of Soldiers, family members, and civilians. Under this five-year JOC, our team will deliver timely, high-quality construction support for the facilities and infrastructure that keep the installation mission-ready.
JOCs are built for speed and flexibility. Task orders will range from routine repairs to emergent requirements across both installations, spanning carpentry, roofing, electrical, mechanical/HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, paving, site improvements, and more.

GMHILL-Native Solutions JV is a HUBZone joint venture between G.M. Hill Engineering, Inc. and AllNative Solutions Corporation, the JV's managing partner and an SBA-certified HUBZone small business. AllNative is a Flatwater Group company and subsidiary of Ho-Chunk, Inc., the economic development corporation of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. The JV pairs GMHILL's in-house design and self-performed construction capabilities with AllNative's 20+ years of mission-focused federal support. Both partners bring prior work at Fort Stewart.

We're proud to share that GM Hill-Baker JV has been awarded an Architect-Engineer contract by the U.S. Army to provide Owners Agent services for the FORGE program at Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) in Anniston, Alabama.

FORGE -- Facilities, Operations, Readiness, Growth and Experience -- is a generational investment in the Army's Organic Industrial Base. Anniston is one of two locations piloting the program. The initiative brings together four military construction projects and 19 consolidated repair and maintenance projects under a single, accelerated delivery approach -- a five-year effort to modernize critical depot infrastructure at the "speed of need."

As Owners Agent, our team will provide technical design support, project management, and quality assurance across ANAD's FY26 modernization portfolio -- helping the Army integrate planning and design, oversee construction-phase delivery, and protect quality and schedule as these facilities move from concept through construction and closeout.

This work sits alongside a landmark construction Other Transaction Authority awarded to strengthen ANAD's infrastructure as a strategic engine of Army readiness. Since construction on the depot began in 1941, ANAD has never seen this much construction and modernization underway at the same time -- and we're honored to help deliver it.

The GMHILL-Baker JV is a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between GM Hill Engineering, Inc. and Michael Baker International. We bring federal A-E and construction experience, plus an established relationship with Anniston Army Depot, including prior work supporting programming and design for the Component Remanufacturing Facility -- the largest facility in the FORGE program.

Hill Engineering Inc. is proud to announce that, in partnership with our Mentor-Protégé partner Michael Baker International, the GMHILL BAKER JV has been awarded three Enterprise Architect-Engineer (A-E) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts by the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC).

Through 2036, our joint venture will provide comprehensive architecture and engineering services—including planning, design, cost estimating, environmental services, and construction phase support—to the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) across the Southeast, Northeast, and Midwest regions. We look forward to this long-term collaboration in support of our Army installations.
