A common modular misconception is that modular buildings are all temporary job trailers. That statement couldn't be further from the truth. In 2026, modular is one of the most diverse and flexible ways to build, with customization that doesn't exist with traditional construction.

Modern modular construction meets the same building codes as traditional stick-built construction. Same structural standards. Same fire, wind, and life-safety requirements. The difference isn't the quality of the building, it's where it's built. Instead of framing walls on an open job site exposed to weather, delays, and inconsistent labor, we fabricate in a controlled plant environment. Every unit goes through the same inspections a traditional GC would face on-site — just earlier, and under a roof.

The future of healthcare isn't one big hospital in the city. It's multiple smaller facilities, closer to home, across the country.

Health systems are opening imaging centers, urgent care clinics, and behavioral health units in the neighborhoods where patients live — single or multiple location activation, instead of routing everyone back to one central campus.
