We are currently looking for individuals to join our Jacksonville team as a Full Time CSR/Warehouse Associate. Quality people make the difference.
Primary Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative Include:
Answering multi-line phones and selling automotive products.
Following through from initial quote to the printing of the invoice.
Communicating delivery arrangements to customers.
Supporting both internal and external customers.
Displaying ability to overcome customer objections with a friendly demeanor
Pulling inventory for Delivery or Shipments in the warehouse.
Putting away shipments when inventory come in.
Primary responsibilities of a warehouse associate include:
Keep a fast pace with a positive attitude and the ability to work and communicate in a team environment
Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays on an as needed basis
Sound judgement and decision making ability
Move and lift material weighing 50 pounds to distances of 10 feet or more, floor to waist
Reliable transportation and demonstration of good attendance a must.
Ideal Candidates will have:
Problem solving ability
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Knowledge of Local Area
Auto parts experience a plus, but not required.
Ability to work well under pressure and problem-solving ability.
Able to work in a warehouse setting in a climate-controlled environment
Team attitude and enthusiasm.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Bi-lingual is a plus

Preferred Requirements (but not required):
Forklift, man lift, and pallet jack experience
Warehousing experience
