Replacement TR12-T100-HP installed and getting the customer back to production. Started out running Asian OCC (shredded) with bale weights around 1,620 and some rigid plastic packaging came in at an unexpected weight of 2,000+ lbs! Customer is very happy!

Manual tie-off time was averaging around 10-15 minutes on Goodwill's vertical balers, complete automated tie-off was 1:36 on the new TR8-50-LID baler. That's roughly a 90% reduction in tie-off time.
