Afternoon update: after spending time on the phone with numerous different people, this is what I have learned. Our location is one of over 60 other stores who has been hacked recently. Our hope is to be up and running by tomorrow afternoon. Thank you all for your understanding.

Hey there Ruch community! I’ve got some bad news. We received a notification this morning that our credit card/Point of Sale system has been hacked from someone in New York. I am in the process of talking with our bank, merchant services department and our Point of Sale company to get this resolved. We will be closed until further notice, and will reopen once I can guarantee that our system is safe.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause you today. I will post once it is resolved.

Lauren
