Third trailer repair this week.. Overloaded & salty.

Crack was stop drilled, beveled out with a burr bit, clamped shut and welded both sides. Installed gusset on the outer channel. Customer purchased the trailer this way & will not be overloading it with the incorrect boat.

Custom fuel tank for this Tracker 1756 CC. The customer had a vision & a plan… we brought it to life. The tank fits snug in the bow of the boat adding more weight to offset from the outboard, it should hold roughly 14.7 gallons of fuel.

Handful of recent jobs we’ve had in the shop, full mild steel exhaust system for this Sr20 swap E36. Multiple piece, V band & and HKS muffler.

Had a 15’ ram 3500 in for a new intake pipe, the factory rubber/plastic intake failed. We fitted him with a 4” piping.

A few Mobile jobs are also pictured, we had a request to come and weld up a battery box & the top, along with a block off for the gas fill the plug in for a Tesla swapped Land Rover.

Lastly a quick air compressor repair, had a large crack from the motor bracket into the tank itself.

We closed out last Friday doing some repairs to one of the river taxis. This week we tackled some crack repairs on this 70s Jon boat & threw together a quick trolley motor mount.

Customer & good friend of ours was unfortunately in a bad motorcycle accident. During his recovery time he wanted to see if we could modify the CBR 1000 seat frame to work on his 600 learner bike. Along with the seat modification, because the OEM fuel tank did not work we also built him a custom fuel tank for the bike.

This is still in a testing stage & our first custom bike tank.

Customer unfortunately hit a set of downed power lines leaving the boat ramp trying to beat the incoming storm... snapping the legs off the rear of the T top & did some other damages.

The customer was on a budget for the repair work, we worked with him on the costs & did what we could within the agreed timeline.

If we had more time to spend on the top we would have cut further up & replaced the legs completely.

We understand life happens & people want to enjoy the time on the water during the summer.
