🚨 Now Hiring: Metal Shop Fabricator 🚨
Magnolia Metal Works is hiring in Jackson, MS!

This is a hands-on role in our conditioned indoor metal shop, where you’ll learn and perform the skills needed to fabricate HVAC square duct while working with a dependable, team-focused crew.

🔧 What you’ll do:
• Hand layout work
• Plasma table operation
• Operate coil lines
• Light-gauge MIG welding
• Use hydraulic and hand brakes
• Build roof curb adapters
• Build and insulate HVAC square duct

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Welding experience (preferred)
• Comfortable using power tools
• Shop environment experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Dependable, team-oriented, quality-focused mindset

💪 Physical requirements:
• Lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, and climb for extended periods

🕒 Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• No nights. No weekends.

📍 Location: Jackson, MS
🏭 Work Environment: Conditioned indoor shop
