National Architecture Week may have come in fast—but it’s something we don’t take lightly.

At TLM, every space you see here started as a need, a challenge, or a vision—and was brought to life through thoughtful design.

From schools filled with energy and growth, to spaces built for community, performance, and connection—architecture shapes more than buildings. It shapes experiences.

This week, we’re taking a moment to highlight the people behind that work—the architects who turn ideas into impact.

Stay tuned as we recognize the minds behind the design.

Employee Appreciation Day at TLM:

Even while our bosses are out on a business trip, they made sure to send some sweet treats from Jackson's Kitchen + Catering our way. 🍪🍰😋

A few of us happened to make it to the table at the same time for the photo, but rest assured the whole office is enjoying the goodies throughout the day! 💙

We’re thankful for leaders who think of us even when they’re away — and for desserts that make the workday a little sweeter. 🧁

A Message from Senior Engineer Chris Holmes to Engineers Just Getting Started:

“Engineering will shape you long before you realize it. It teaches discipline, resilience, and responsibility. The details matter — but so does perspective. Learn the fundamentals well, ask questions often, and never stop improving your craft.

To young engineers like Whitten: work hard, strive for excellence, and focus on applying principles in practical ways. Confidence doesn’t come overnight — it’s built project by project. If you stay committed to learning and integrity, this absolutely can be you.”

Engineering is more than a career path — it’s a profession built on mentorship, growth, and passing knowledge forward.
