🔧 Technique is hiring a CNC Machinist and not just anyone.

We're talking someone who sees a blank block of material and already knows what's coming out of it.

HAAS mills & lathes. Flow Waterjet. Mitsubishi Wire EDM. Mastercam. 4 and 5 Axis. The full setup.

This is prototype work, its fast, technical, never boring. One day you're machining a fixture, the next you're dialing in a 5-axis program from scratch. If that sounds like your kind of day, we should talk.

👇 Here's what we actually need from you:

✅ You know your way around HAAS and FANUC controls
✅ You can program in Mastercam (2D and 3D)
✅ You read a print like most people read a menu
✅ You don't panic when tolerances get tight
✅ Bonus points if 4 & 5 axis doesn't scare you

Now here's the important part:

Technique was recently presented with a Certificate of Appreciation from Northwest High School for providing students with an externship experience in advanced manufacturing.

A special thank you to Tyr Gould for accepting this award on behalf of Technique we appreciate you representing our team so well! 👏

Watching these young men and women step onto our shop floor exploring CNC machining, precision manufacturing, and real-world careers is exactly the kind of work we're proud to be part of.

Being recognized alongside outstanding employers like MACI, Gerdau, and Lomar for our work in apprenticeships is something we don't take lightly. Apprenticeships aren't just a program to us they're how we build the next generation of precision manufacturers.
