Angus Beef $3.60 per pound for hanging skinned carcass before its hung in the cooler. Grain Finished on full feed for 7 months. Estimated quarter cost +/- $670.00 and Estimated +/- 115 pound in the freezer depending on how you choose to have it cut up. 1/4 will take up about 5 cubic feet of freezer space. If you don’t have a stand alone freezer, it works well to split a quarter with a friend or two. Sold in 1/4 (1/2 of 1/2), an entire 1/2, or whole Steer. (You get an equal share of all cuts no matter which amount you choose. PRICE INCLUDES BUTCHER FEES AND PACKAGING. TAKING ORDERS/DEPOSITS FOR MARCH 2020 DELIVERY.
