Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist
Location: Jackson Center, Ohio
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Jackson Center, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and programming CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of machining processes and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to perform precision machining operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
- Program CNC machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of parts.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of programming and CNC machine operation preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
