This past weekend, we celebrated our annual company picnic! It was a beautiful day filled with fun, laughter, and great company. ☀️🎉

A big thank you to Bob Sprole III for providing us with this wonderful day, and to Valerie Daugherty and her band of volunteers for all of their hard work in making it such a success. We truly appreciate everything you have done to make this event so special!

This week, we celebrate our dear friend, Julie Crawford, on her retirement after nearly 29 years of dedicated service.

Julie spent many years in Final Inspection with her friends, Bette and Jim, where her attention to detail helped ensure every part leaving our plant met the highest standards. The next time you fly, you can thank Julie's keen eye for helping keep those aircraft safe and reliable.

Julie made the long drive from Pennsylvania and was here on time every single day. That is a true testament to her commitment and work ethic. She is also part of a proud legacy, with several members of her family having worked here over the years.

Julie, your dedication, friendship and contributions have left a lasting mark on all of us. While we'll miss you more than words can say, we're so happy you're beginning a well earned, more relaxing life.

Congratulations on your retirement, Julie! Thank you for everything. We love you and will miss you dearly! 💙🧡

Our friend Doug passed away last week. While our hearts are heavy with his loss, we are so grateful for the 38 years we were lucky enough to share with him.

Thank you, Doug, for your hard work, dedication and unwavering kindness. Your impact on all who knew you will never be forgotten. You will be deeply missed by everyone fortunate enough to have known you.
