Today we celebrate Don White! Friday, April 24, 2026 marks 40 years of service for Don at Therm, Incorporated.

From day one to his most recent role as 2nd Shift Supervisor, Don has shown unwavering commitment, leadership and pride in his work. His contributions have made a lasting impact on the team and the company as a whole.

Today we celebrate another amazing work anniversary. Don Knapp has been with Therm, Incorporated for 45 years!

Don has worked for many years in our Polish Department. He has been the Cell Leader for quite some time and has shown us all what true dedication and hard work look like. His commitment to excellence and the positive energy he brings everyday have made a lasting impact on everyone around him.

Don, thank you for your years of service, leadership and the example you set. The smile you greet everyone with makes everyday brighter. Congratulations on 45 wonderful years!

Such a great time was had at the TSSO-sponsored bowling night at Cornell this evening! 🎳 It was a fun event, and the effort that went into making it happen really showed.

A big thank you to the TSSO board members for putting this together. We truly appreciate everything you do! If you haven’t been to one of their events yet, we highly recommend checking one out in the future. You won’t regret it!
