Our installation team recently completed a compressed air system improvement project, relocating an air dryer away from compressor exhaust and installing a new Pneutech RDA Non-Cycling 75 dryer to optimize system performance.
This wasn't just a straightforward equipment replacement. The project involved redesigning the dryer location to move it away from the compressor exhaust, allowing the new dryer to draw in cleaner, cooler ambient air. By improving the operating environment, the system is better positioned to maintain reliable performance and efficiency.
The payoff? Improved dryer operation, better moisture control, and a more dependable compressed air system designed to perform under demanding conditions.
As temperatures rise, it's important to consider how heat can impact your compressed air equipment. Dryer placement plays a critical role in system performance, and relocating equipment to a cooler environment can help prevent moisture-related issues and improve long-term reliability.
If you're looking for ways to improve the efficiency and performance of your compressed air system, our experts are here to help!
