𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Following recent storms in Illinois, members of the Solberg team volunteered with the American Red Cross of Illinois to help connect impacted households with disaster support and resources.

Together, our we made 163 outreach calls, connected with 43 households, and helped drive 28 calls to the Red Cross Disaster Services line.

At Solberg, one of our guiding principles is Succeed as a Family. That means supporting one another within our teams, but it also means coming together to support the communities around us.

We’re grateful to the American Red Cross for the opportunity to help and proud of our team for putting this principle into action when our neighbors needed it most.

Welcoming Colleagues from Around the World 🌎

Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming colleagues from Solberg Slovakia, Solberg UK, and Solberg Mexico to our U.S. headquarters.

Brana joined us from Slovakia after more than 14 years with Solberg, David visited from the UK, and we also welcomed new team members Luis and Daniel from Mexico for hands-on training.

Whether reconnecting with longtime colleagues or helping train new ones, these visits strengthen collaboration, encourage knowledge sharing, and reinforce what makes Solberg a truly global team.

We’re proud to welcome colleagues from our international entities to our U.S. headquarters and look forward to continuing to learn and grow together.

The 2026 Solberg Summer Picnic!

Our annual summer picnic is one of our favorite traditions, bringing employees and their families together to relax, connect, and celebrate another great year together.

From games and raffles to delicious food and plenty of laughs, it was a day filled with great memories. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this year’s picnic such a success.
