We are a growing equipment repair company and are currently looking for another resident heavy equipment field mechanic in the Marquette county area. It is a union position (oe324) with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
We are looking for a motivated individual that is capable of working on a wide variety of on and off road equipment.
Preffered skills:
-Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
-diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions along with hydraulic and electrical systems
-minor welding
-inspecting equipment with the ability to identify potential hazards and defects.
-basic computer skills for tracking work orders, write-ups and inspection forms
-operate a non-cdl service truck with crane
-willingness to occasionally travel
-cleanliness as we are usually working at customer locations
