New Copper Law info.

With this new law now in effect, there are certain licenses that allow you to sell copper without the purchase of one from the state. Anyone with an electrician license, plumbing license, including a journeyman, water conditioning installer/contractor, any HVAC, including the EPA 608 and others that can be found on the MN govt site. They will be listed under the Chapter 326B or Section 103I.501. If you have a license from MDH or MDLI, this also qualifies.

If you do not have a license and decide to not purchase one from the state, you are able to sell copper the first Friday of April and October, up to $25 worth of copper.

We are open until 4:30 today and closed tomorrow. Don't forget to get your copper in now unless you have a copper license or you're a licensed electrician, plumber or hvac. Feel free to call if you have any questions regarding this.
