Did some major repair on this scraper for WD Excavating after it got a rock got wedged in it. Started off by cutting the old 3/16” material out, then replaced with new 1/4” material for extra strength. A total of 34’ of welding bead to get this repair done. A big thanks to WD Excavating for the business!

Did some rust repair work on this 2040 John Deere loader bucket. The whole bottom of the bucket was cut out and replaced with a brand new sheet of 1/4in steel plate and the forks were bolted back down into place. It is now ready for many more years of use.
