We are in need of a full-time In-yard auto dismantler.

The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM eastern (fast) time. Some Saturdays are only as needed and typically are 8:00AM-12:00PM.

This job has auto-dismantlers to use work-orders to find vehicles in the yard, and retrieve the part(s) specified for delivery and/or shipment. Also, the job entails keeping the yard clean by picking up loose items and/or returning unused parts back to the appropriate vehicles.

Interested candidates should be: self motivated, have a high attention to detail, punctual, have good attendance, possess good communication skills, and be willing to adapt to change.

Candidates must have some automotive knowledge in order to be successful in this position. Candidates must have their own tools. We do not supply tools as we've found individuals are more cautious with their own tools than those that are loaned.

What allows us to be competitive in our market is being able to deliver to customers directly, as well as exchange parts with our fellow-salvage yards in the surrounding areas. So a good delivery driver is a must for our business, and we currently have an opening for a PART-TO-FULL-TIME delivery driver. What that means is: we currently have a position that does not require a full 8-81/2 hour shift, but there will be times when we need our driver(s) to work a full day and/or over the allotted full-time day. The position is a 5 day-a-week position, and while operating in the part-time status, we are flexible with our times of delivery.

We have a vacancy for an in-yard parts puller.

This a hourly position, from Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed. Work hours are 8:00-5:00 EST, and Saturday hours are typically 8-12 EST.

Interested candidates need to be: self-motivated, have a high attention to detail, willing to learn and be able to adapt to change. Also, with daily interactions with customers, candidates need to be courteous, and helpful as we try to assist customers with purchases. We ask that candidates have some automotive knowledge, and possibly some experience with automotive dismantling. Finally, all interested candidates must have their own tools to use out in the salvage yard. Unfortunately, we can not provide tools as we've lost too many tools due to negligence that we can no longer offer that to our employees.

Job duties consists of answering phones, looking up used parts for customers and selling them in a salvage yard setting. In addition to counter sales, CSRs are to package and ship items via-UPS, FedEx, and/or freight carriers. Also, CSRs are to catalog and re-stock parts in various shelves and holding locations.
CSRs are required to have some automotive knowledge, as well as comfort with using Windows based programs to look up parts. CSRs need to be courteous as there are daily interactions with customers via phone calls, in-person interaction, and instant-messaging.
Qualified candidates need to be: self-motivated, courteous, able to adapt to change, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and willing to learn on a daily basis.

In need of a part-time driver. Currently we utilize our part-time position 1-2 days a week depending on the amount of business, but there are instances when we need to fulfill more time, especially if our full-time driver is off. We typically run later in the week (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday), and mostly in the Hardinsburg, Tell City, Owensboro areas.

We need someone who is self-motivated, down-to-earth, with excellent communication skills. This position does come in to contact with various customers with in our base and we expect to keep the relationship(s) with our customers at a high level. Also, must possess a current driver's license and have very good driving skills.

The daily job consists of delivery with the possibility of lifting up to 70-80lbs, but our customers are very accommodating and are very willing to help with off-loading. Also, we need our driver to be able to keep track of shipments to ensure we deliver the correct items to the correct customers, as well as collect any payments as some customers are COD.

Looking for a Part-time gig? We are in need of a part-time delivery driver to run 1, 2, sometimes 3 days a week to various out-of-town customers to deliver our parts; as well as fill in if/when our full-time driver needs a break.

There is some heavier lifting involved, but most of our customers are more than accommodating to assist our drivers with the parts. Those interested need to possess good communication skills, be self motivated, and willing to help when necessary to ensure customers are satisfied with our service.
