Recently our interns had the opportunity to visit C&O Supply’s new location in Grapevine. During the tour the interns gained valuable insight into supply chain management, material logistics and pre-fabrication solutions.

Our interns recently visited Eaton's Dallas satellite facility in Grapevine, where they had the chance to experience firsthand how power distribution and control systems are designed and manufactured for real-world applications. During the tour, the team of next gen talent gained valuable industry insight into the innovation, engineering expertise, and customized solutions that support critical infrastructure and keep projects running efficiently. Opportunities like this help connect classroom learning to real-world impact while strengthening our partnerships across the industry.

Blake Walker, DFW Vice President of Service, recently joined Lewisville ISD’s Career Center West (TECC-W) Signing Day to officially welcome the newest members of our team. This annual event celebrates graduating seniors as they take the next step into their professional careers.
Through programs like TECC-W, students gain hands-on experience that prepares them for in-demand careers in the skilled trades. We’re proud to support trade education and invest in the next generation of craftsmen and professionals who keep our communities running.

K2 Construction recently hosted its annual subcontractor appreciation event to recognize and thank its core trade partners. During the event, Eddie Black, Director of Operations for K2 Construction, presented Walker Engineering’s Tenant Group with the 2026 First Quarter Trade Partner Safety Award. The recognition highlights a partner who follows OSHA safety protocols on-site.
