Applications are now open for the ACPA Research & Education Foundation’s 2026 scholarships!

The Foundation proudly offers the Besser Company Scholarship and the Mel C. Marshall Scholarship, awarding up to $3,500 in scholarships to students pursuing studies related to concrete pipe—whether in technical programs, community colleges, or universities. These scholarships honor industry leaders who championed education and innovation, and they continue to inspire the next generation of professionals.
Applications are due by 11:59 pm CT on November 15, 2025.
