Delta Steel Technologies is proud to announce the successful installation and commissioning of an independent leveler drive retrofit on an existing roller leveler.

This retrofit modernizes the customer’s equipment and significantly enhances its material-processing capabilities—without requiring the replacement of the entire leveler.

One of the most distinctive features shown in the photo is the vertical motor arrangement. Because the existing installation offered extremely limited space, Delta’s engineering team developed a specialized configuration that allowed independent-drive technology to fit within the confined area. Every component was custom designed around the customer’s equipment, operating requirements, and available footprint.

This project is another example of Delta’s ability to engineer practical solutions for difficult applications.
