CTC Global is honored to be named the 2026 Global Business of the Year by the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce.

This recognition reflects a milestone year for our company, including the launch of the GridVista™ System — advancing how utilities optimize grid performance. This transformational technology redefines transmission line intelligence, integrating fiber-based sensing, high-resolution data, and AI-enhanced analytics to deliver precise, full-length visibility into conductor conditions.

The award recognizes organizations driving meaningful impact through innovation, and we’re proud that CTC Global’s work to strengthen energy infrastructure has been recognized among so many innovative companies in Irvine. We’re proud to be part of the Irvine community and to contribute to its continued innovation and growth.

This Memorial Day, we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country and honor their legacy.

🌟 Employee Spotlight — Zahra Nazari

Zahra has been with CTC Global since 2024, where she now serves as Inside Sales Manager, leading coordination efforts with our Authorized Manufacturing Partners (AMPs) and overseeing order coordination across the entire process.

Zahra holds a B.S. in Software Engineering and brings 10+ years of sales experience, primarily in the technology sector. She’s passionate about improving sales processes and creating a better customer experience while supporting CTC’s broader goals.

What she enjoys most about her role is that no two orders are the same. Each one takes attention to detail, teamwork, and coordination—and seeing everything come together successfully is what makes the work so rewarding.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, whether it’s movie nights or small DIY projects. She also volunteers with nonprofit organizations that support cultural activities and enjoys staying connected to her community.

We’re proud to have Zahra on our team!

🚀Congratulations to Tamas Vejsz and the Golden Griffins (Team 6220)!

This past weekend, the team competed in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) Orange County District Event, finishing in the 5th place—one of their strongest performances in team history! Combined with a 3rd place finish at another event earlier this season, they’ve officially qualified for the Southern California State Championship, April 10-12, with a chance to advance to the World Championships.

Tamas serves as a mentor to the team and supported the students throughout the event, with our CEO J.D. Sitton also in attendance to cheer them on. We’re proud to support the Golden Griffins as they advance to the next level of competition. Best of luck at the Championship!

This weekend (April 3–4), Los Alamitos High School Robotics Team will compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) Orange County District Event, joining more than 1,100 students from across the region to design, build, and compete with full scale robots.

CTC Global is proud to sponsor Team 6220 and support experiential STEM programs that bring engineering, collaboration, and problem solving to life. The team is supported by several dedicated mentors, including our own Tamas Vejsz, who contributes as a mentor in design and engineering management. A Los Alamitos High School alumnus, Tamas has been involved with the program for several years, helping students translate ideas into real world systems.

Our sponsorship helps provide the tools, parts, and equipment needed to design a new robot each season, reinforcing the kind of practical, team based learning that prepares students for future technical careers.

Best of luck to Team 6220 as they compete this weekend at Capistrano Valley High School.

📍 Azito–Boulay 400 kV Transmission Line | Abidjan, Ivory Coast

We are proud to share the completion of Ivory Coast’s first Extra High Voltage (EHV) 400 kV transmission corridor, a landmark project designed to increase power transfer capability while improving overall grid efficiency and reliability as demand rises around Abidjan and surrounding load centers.

The Azito–Boulay line features a 36 km installation of ACCC® ULS Monte Carlo Conductor in a 400 kV triple-bundle configuration with overhead earth wires—selected to optimize corona performance, reduce line reactance, and increase thermal capacity for this new backbone EHV line.

Project Details:
• 36 km of ACCC® ULS Monte Carlo Conductor installed in a 400 kV triple-bundle configuration
• ~1,600 m river (lagoon) crossing, completed using a multi-span approach and 20 individual pulls
• EPC contractor: Eiffage Energy Systems
• Conductor supplier: Apar Industries

This installation marks a major step forward for Ivory Coast—delivering more power with lower losses and greater reliability, while demonstrating the value of Advanced Conductor technology for EHV applications in challenging, warm coastal environments.
