The Tilt up Convention and Expo in Salt Lake City is fast approaching! Bringing together architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, developers, owners and manufacturers, the convention showcases the projects, innovations and technologies that continue to advance tilt-up construction.

Our Vaughan team provided architectural design services for 2645 Royal Windsor Drive in Mississauga, a 350,000 SF speculative industrial building, marking the first tilt-up project of its kind in the Greater Toronto Area. The building leverages efficient tilt-wall construction to create a durable, high-performance industrial envelope while supporting accelerated project delivery. With 97 tilt-up concrete panels totaling more than 98,000 SF, including panels as tall as 46 feet, the project sets a new benchmark for industrial development in the region. The incorporation of nearly 97,000 SF of insulated panels further enhances energy efficiency and overall building performance.

Progress continues on Benjamin II, a 79-unit multifamily/mixed-use development in the Franklinton neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio, in partnership with Rocky Point Partners.

Benjamin II marks one of our team's first podium-style buildings and our first mixed-use project in Ohio to date, highlighting a market shift into urban-centric, high-density design. The project will bring residential units together with ground-floor mixed-use space, adding to the continued growth and revitalization of one of Columbus' most dynamic urban districts.

We are proud to support Point Partners in bringing this vision to life as we continue expanding our multifamily portfolio in emerging markets like Columbus.

This year's theme, "Housing is a Human Right. Build it." highlights the importance of accessible and affordable housing. We believe that great design goes beyond innovation and functionality, but also serve communities by creating opportunities for people to connect and thrive.
