As part of our On-Call Architectural Services Agreement with the City of Laguna Beach we have been awarded a renovation project for the City's Fire Station 1 facility.

The project will be the renovation of existing downstairs and upstairs spaces. I am very excited to continue my working relationship with the City of Laguna Beach on this much needed project.

We have been selected by the Templeton Community Services District to prepare documents for the expansion and renovation for the Fire and Emergency Services fire station. The project will consist of an approximately 3,000SF expansion and 1,500SF of remodeled spaces and cost approximately $2 million.

The first phase will be to create a study and conceptual design documents along with probable construction costs for the expansion and remodel and then as part of phase two provide construction drawing and construction administration services.

RM Architecture has been selected by the City of Santa Monica to conduct facility assessment, programming, and site planning for the Santa Monica Fire Department. The study will include the Departments five fire stations and planning for a training center.

RM Architecture in conjunction with AKM Engineers have been selected by the City of Montebello to design their new well site 2. RM Architecture will provide design services for the exterior treatment as the facility will be located in a residential neighborhood.

RM Architecture has been retained by the City of Newport Beach for multiple commissions in and around the City. The projects include the remodel of beach restrooms located at the Newport Beach Pier, an office build out at their Utilities Yard, and remodels at two community centers. We are excited about our continuing relationship with the City and being a partner for their future.

RM Architecture has been retained by the Inland Empire Utilities Agency to conduct a facility assessment, programming, and planning of a remodel of their operations building in the City of Ontario.

RM Architecture has been selected by the Orange County Water District to provide architectural and design services for the remodel of their Annex Building Locker Room at their headquarters in the City of Fountain Valley. The project will entail the complete upgrade of the locker, shower, and restroom.

The Laguna Beach Main Beach Restroom Replacement project is in full swing. Design is underway and we are working hand in hand with the City project management team, the community and other interested stakeholder groups to deliver a quality project for the City of Laguna Beach.

The public restrooms at Laguna's Main Beach are 40 years old and in need of renovation. The city will hold a public workshop Tuesday to gather community feedback on design and other features.

RM Architecture has been selected by the City of Irvine to provide architectural and design services for the upgrade of Turtle Rock Park Community Center. The project will entail upgrading the facility to be compliant with current accessibility standards including exterior patios, restrooms, lobby, stages, and hardware. RM Architecture was selected as part of an ongoing on-call contract with the City of Irvine.
