What an incredible start to 2024 with ASP's ROA and Japan Kickoff! 🙌🤩

2023 saw us united, and now, as we step into 2024, the future is being sculpted together. Thanks to the leadership of Kevin Neo, MBA, VP Commercial ROA, and Akira Yuzawa, VP/GM of Japan, we came together as a team and embarked on a journey of Shaping Our Future Together.

Gathering over 200 employees in Bali for this Kickoff was truly a remarkable experience. This Kickoff was marked by enlightening sessions where our L1 leaders outlined upcoming plans and strategies, engaging fireside chats addressing queries from all attendees, and the exchange of best practices between the ROA and Japan teams. Functional leaders pledged their support for the APAC region, fostering a sense of unity and cooperation. Through team bonding activities and cultural exchanges, the spirit of collaboration was further strengthened. The action planning workshop charted a course into the future, and the event concluded with well-deserved awards and recognition for those who surpassed expectations.

The outcome of our Kickoff was nothing short of amazing and fruitful, setting the stage for an exciting journey ahead. Together, we are stronger, and we have no doubt that we will continue to achieve remarkable things as we shape our future together in 2024 and beyond! 🌠
