Tricon recently welcomed six local high school students for a Job Shadow Career Day at our Birmingham facility. They spent the day learning how our operation comes together, from safety and inside sales to engineering, machining, shipping, and warehouse activity.

The group wrapped up with a Lunch & Learn Q&A and brought great curiosity and energy throughout the visit. We love investing in the next generation of builders and thinkers. Thanks to the students for their curiosity and energy!

These custom stick pins are engineered with a 7” O.D. and 49” length to handle extreme dragline demands where failure isn’t an option. But draglines are not the only place for high-quality pins.
