Part 2 — Still dialing it in. 🔧

The knurling tool is set up, but we’re not quite ready to call it good yet.

We’re making adjustments to the tool position and setup to get the alignment and pressure just right before running the actual part.

It’s all about getting those small details right before committing to the final cut.

Getting the knurling tool set up on the CNC lathe. 🔧

Before the machine starts cutting, the tool has to be positioned and aligned just right to get a clean, consistent pattern.

A little setup work goes a long way when you’re looking for a quality finish.
