RCHF-23 is a special one to me, we had free rein to build a chopper and this was the result. That chopper was then coved with candy purple and gold leaf by the owner. My father.

4130 sidecar frames are a product we started making for L.A. Cycles in 2018 and have continued to produce for customers and as an add on to our custom frames. Standard or custom mounting available.

HF springers are the result of a lot of prototype time and working with customers on custom frames that already had a front end to build to. These front ends are built with the tree assembly welded together as a unit out of precision 4130 (or stainless) so that the legs and spring rods can be set to final length to achieve perfect frame angle. They can be ordered pre set or left long so the customer can set at the mock up stage. There are a few options such as internal brake lines.

This Twin Cam Chopper (B-drivetrain) was started in the earlier days of Heman Fab and is still kicking around the shop today. It was the first candy paint job by my father and is owned by none other that the great . Chase and I have been working side by side for the last 8 years at the shop and many years prior to that. This bike has been ridden just about everywhere and doesn’t miss a beat. The front wheel was purchased early on (prototype from sturgis wheel co) and the matching rear was later found at LA Cycles. We welded up the 1” notches cut for display only and polished them before taking it to Daytona in 2023. This bike continues to undergo small changes.

Our Modular bars are common place on bikes built at the shop, they are a simple and effective alternate to bulky billet risers and broom stick bars. The tapered cups double as bushings and add a visual heavier base, while the risers and bars can be changed out to make nailing one of the final design aspects more pleasurable with a final result that doesn’t look out of place. With a couple different sets of uppers it makes the handlebar switch around game maximum fun.

This magneto powered twin cam chopper was the second full build to come out of Heman Fab Co that was started in 2017 and the first to feature our signature frame dimensions, fork brace and modular handlebars. This is the bike that I used to set the foundation for how I wanted HF bikes to look and perform. It was the first bike I ever took to Daytona Beach (thank you ) and quickly gained notice. It was later sold to early life mentor .

This Digger was finished a couple years ago for a custom car builder by the name of Mark Rinehart, it featured our first (prototype) 4130 springer front end and HF kicker pedal. The aluminum body work was covered in custom paint completed by my father and it made its debut at the .showcase show in St. Louis. Graced the cover of Nov/23’
