Since being founded in Terre Haute, Indiana in 1989, HWC has remained committed to the community where it all began. We are excited to announce that our Terre Haute office has officially moved to a new space located at 500 Wabash Avenue. Mayor Brandon Sakbun and the local Chamber of Commerce commemorated HWC’s move to the heart of downtown Terre Haute with a ribbon cutting at the new office!

HWC staff welcomed clients and community partners to celebrate the Grand Opening of the new office space. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to tour the space and celebrate this exciting new chapter with us!

Big milestone for the Town of Avon Avon Indiana Government!

Since 2017, Avon’s population has grown by 38%, making now the right time to refresh its long-term vision. Over the past year, HWC worked with local leaders, stakeholders, and residents to create a new comprehensive plan shaped by community input.

This comprehensive plan outlines priorities for the next 10–15 years, covering key areas like land use, transportation, housing, and economic development, along with clear implementation steps.

The plan was officially adopted on November 24, 2025. We are excited for what’s ahead for Avon!
