We are searching for the best sales man or women in Indianapolis to manage our outstanding auto parts yard .

Job description: Opening and closing our used auto parts store located on Tibbs Ave. Keeping staff trained and equipped to efficiently and carefully pull parts without damaging them. Answer phones and build/continue outstanding relationships with mechanics, used car dealers, and other auto part yards. Corridinating parts pulling efforts, parts testing, junk car purchasing, and inventory department. You’ll take responsibility of keeping our cat colony healthy and safe. Create end of day/week/month sales reports. Lot security and loss preventative thru measures like drive way alarms, deer cams, trip wires, ink stain traps, loader tracking. Prevent and clean any accidental environmental oil spills. Responsible for providing customer relationships that continuously raises the bar for quality and convenience when purchasing used auto parts.

Requirements:
4 years sales experience.
2 years customer service
Transportation to and from work.
Automobile parts identification and location.
Note taking skills.
Computer efficient.
Excel efficient for reporting.
Grit.
2 years Managment experience.

Additional Salary:
Power link system experience
Car inventory experience.
Automotive Salvage experience.

Starting Salary Base: $43k per year
Commission: We are prepared to offer a generous portion of net income and voting rights. Year 1 - 5-10% of net profit($50k-$100k per year)

Minimum 100k first year.
