Congratulations Chris!!

This week, the Board of Public Works & Safety recognized Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Chris Bass for his contributions to make Crown Point a better place to live, play and work. Our employees live and breathe Crown Point's motto, "𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙒𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣."

Chris Bass joined the City of Crown Point in 2021, and in those five years he has become an integral part of our Wastewater Team.

Over the past five years, Chris has worked diligently to earn the Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 operator’s license. His determination, discipline and ability to balance ongoing responsibilities while pursuing these milestones are truly commendable.

He welcomes continual learning and growth in his trade. Chris is willing to share his knowledge with others and encourages continuing education/working toward goals within the team.
