Amada brand up acting equipment. Additionally the individual will be responsible to help with other tasks which will include, but not limited to: shear operation, light assembly, fastener insertion, punch press operation. Loyal Manufacturing (I-465 & Brookville Rd) is seeking an office manager / bookkeeper. Responsibilities would include: Generating checks, bank deposits, customer invoice generation (electronic), document filing and all other accounting related duties. This also includes month-end income statements and balance sheets so general accounting practices are a must. Also includes all data entry (vendor & customer invoice creation and entry, customer payment receipts, purchase order receipts, material issues, inventory adjustments, labor time entry, etc.), Company uses JobBOSS software for all data control & accounting. Experience w/ JobBOSS a plus. This position requires 24-28 hours per week but does have the potential to become full-time in the future. Position would be ideal for an individual that wants to work Monday, Wednesday & Friday (8 hrs) or that would want to work Monday thru Friday at 4 1/2 - 5 1/2 hours each day. Although part-time, this is a permanent position and is best suited for an ambitious person looking for long-term employment. Ideally this position will turn full-time.
