You try and help people out and all it does is bite you in the ass.

Literally 8:00 PM on a holiday weekend and a customer hits me up because they broke something (because they clearly can’t follow basic instructions written in English), and because I refuse to give them part numbers for the parts they broke, I’m providing sh*tty customer service. FOH…

I’ve stated this before, so listen up, my friends...

While it’s not some big trade secret on the parts I use, my time and research are valuable and for those reasons, I don’t share part numbers or schematic diagrams for the products I sell. I run a business not a charity, sorry not sorry.

So…from now on, if it’s after 5PM EST, a weekend, or a holiday, you’ll get the auto-reply and I’ll tend to your needs THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Our $300 BCM lock-out service with OBDSync would have prevented this.

Why risk it, folks. It’s a small price to pay for the peace of mind to know your SS, G8, or PPV won’t be the next one gone.
