Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader who knows how to keep a team moving, solve problems, and get the job done right? IMH Products is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Prophetstown, IL!

Production Supervisors lead by example, working alongside their team while overseeing daily production, quality, safety, and workflow.

In this role, you’ll:
• Lead and coach production team members
• Oversee daily production schedules and workflow
• Operate CNC and fabrication equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment, setups, and tooling
• Help maintain quality and production standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction
• Promote a safe, productive, and team-focused work environment

We’re looking for someone with:
⸰ 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing
⸰ Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
⸰ Experience coaching, training, and developing employees
⸰ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
⸰ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
⸰ A hands-on approach to leadership and continuous improvement

We're excited to announce that IMH Products has acquired Creative Machining Concepts in Westfield, IN.

This acquisition brings tool and die design and build, fineblank, wire EDM, and assembly fixture capabilities under one roof, strengthening our ability to support OEM manufacturing partners with tighter tolerances, more complex tooling needs and production requirements including faster iteration.
