• Mechanical Shop Assistant – full time and/or part time
• Auto Body Shop Assistant – full time and/or part time

BUSY tractor restoration business in need of at least 2 responsible and hard-working people to work with owner to restore classic Ford tractors. Candidates will need to able to follow directions clearly and work independently on various mechanical and/or autobody tasks. Willing to train the right persons with basic knowledge of mechanical and/or auto body.

Owner will allow use of his tools as long as respect is paid to the care and use.

Monday – Friday 7:30 – 4:30 – occasionally Saturday overtime.
Pay based on experience and knowledge. Will be negotiated at interview based on ability and general assessment. Please do not ask for details prior.
Must be able to maintain a clean and safe garage work area.
Drug testing.
**There will be a probationary period of 30 days to evaluate work and abilities. After probation, there will be an evaluation and possible increase in pay rate.

• 5 years of experience

• Able to follow directions and find solutions to problems

This position is to assist with working on restorations of vehicles and tractors. You need to have an eye for details and understand how to produce QUALITY work. It will involve:

• Sign a 3 year noncompete contract
• Have your own tools or willingness to start building your toolbox

Arthurs Tractors restored this tractor for NASCAR driver Matt Kenneth a few years ago. It belonged to his grandfather and now it is enjoyed by the next generation.
