In honor of National Surveyors Week, we are proud to recognize Russell Whitehurst, Partner & Survey Director at Eagle Engineering

Russell truly is the glue that holds our survey team together. His leadership, knowledge, and steady guidance have played a major role in shaping the success of our department.

He has mentored and supported countless team members in obtaining their licensure, always willing to share his expertise and invest in the growth of others.

Russell is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, and also holds his North Carolina Certified Floodplain Surveyor (CFPS) certification.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Russell leading our survey team and helping build the next generation of professionals.
