I’ll be at the C & N Entertainment Year End Tournament this weekend (4/17-4/19) with some products for sale.

Check the photos below for what I’m bringing. I’ll have cue holders, bridges, quarter dispensers, and chalk holders.

DM me ahead of time if you want me to set something aside, or text (phone number on website) me during the tournament if you'd like to take a look.

If you like what you see here, but want something custom, or in a different color, reach out.

New from ProtoDen LLC.

This bottle holder is made for the Zuca Disc Golf Cart. The design takes its look from a disc golf basket, with chain detail around the holder and a bottom pattern inspired by the basket cage.

It is 3D printed from durable PETG and built to handle real use on the course.

It holds a 40 oz Hydro Flask or a 32 oz Yeti bottle. It also comes with an insert to secure an 18 oz Yeti. Flip that spacer over and it will hold a 12 oz can.

Price is $30.

New from ProtoDen LLC, the Tip Caddy.

If you play soft tip darts competitively, you know the pain of swapping tips mid match, digging through tiny bags, and dropping parts on the floor. This fixes that.

Holds 10 soft tip points and lets you thread a tip onto your dart and pull it straight out of the holder. Fast, clean, no fiddling.

3D printed in TPU rubber, with walls to protect the threaded ends. Includes a key ring so it stays on your keys or bag.

$8

Colors: Blue, Light Blue, White, Black, Green, and Red.
Custom colors available.

This photo shows why a second support material can be a big deal.
Ignore the top surface, the shiny ones (top row) were printed on a glass bed. I print these upside down to get a nice top surface, so support is required in the quarter pockets and chalk holder.

Top two: TPU (rubber) supports on a TPU part. The pockets (especially the quarter pockets) ended up looking rough enough that I wasn’t comfortable selling them.

Bottom two: PLA supports. PLA makes a good support material for TPU because they don’t stick together readily, though with the recommended settings, 0 z distance, and 0 x/y distance, I had a tough time getting the supports out. A bit of the black PLA I used for support remained. On the bottom right one I changed the x/y distance to 1mm which helped a lot.

I got an order from Nebraska before Christmas that depleted all of the shotgun shell quarter dispensers that I had in stock. I decided to try out some transparent green on one of these, and it turned out great.

With the new Bambu H2D it was nice not to have to change the color manually on these, but I had some issues with it knocking them off the bed when they were about 75% complete. They are printed standing as shown in the 2nd pic. Changing the brim offset to zero and bumping up the bed temperature was the solution.

This is my first attempt at combining TPU (rubber) and PETG (hard plastic) in the same print. It turned out fantastic. Having two nozzles on the printer opens up a lot of possibilities.
Two Cue Holder - Deer Skull $20.

In the past I would have had to print the TPU cue holder with a void for the deer skull. Then print the skull separately and manually change colors, then glue the skull in place. Now I just assign which filament goes where and hit start.

Another cool thing about the Bambu H2 series is that they have a timelapse function. Here I'm printing a slide for purged plastic. It's pretty cool to watch the slide build at an angle before it connects to the support tower.
I downloaded the files off of Makerworld.
When a color change is made in one of the nozzles, the printer will run a bunch of filament out to make sure the old color has been purged. It ejects the waste from a chute on the back (fittingly). This slide I'm printing sends the waste to a bin on the side of the machine.

I came up with the the design on this cue holder by playing with the shapes of an 8-ball rack and a 9-ball rack. I think it turned out pretty cool. Maybe it will be the logo for ProtoDen Billiards.

Up until recently, I've had to make color changes manually and by layer, so this is a way to make a cue holder with a design, that did not require me to glue in a second piece, similar to the spider web cue holder I posted a few days ago.
What you see on the top surface was printed on the first layer. These are printed upside down so the top is nice and smooth. The red color starts on the third layer.

All ProtoDen cue holders are printed primarily from TPU rubber, so they won't scuff your cue. They are weighted and have an anti-skid silicone pad attached to the bottom. They are the premium custom cue holder on the market.

This is a set of coasters I designed and printed for a fantastic customer of Kruse Altitude LLC. This would not have been possible without the new Bambu H2D printer I recently purchased. Color changes with the Creality Ender 3 required inserting a pause into the program at a certain layer height, then a manual swap of the filament. For reference I added a pic of some coasters I made with the Ender two years ago.
