Hello everyone and happy holidays! We are in the middle of the Postal Service's busy time and we are already feeling the pain. We have had several days when every package picked up by the post office has been delayed. Claims are being filed daily, as soon as they allow us to file them. As soon as we get confirmation from them that they have lost the package, we will be refunding money to those that have not received their orders. Until they send us that confirmation, we can not refund as the postal service claims they will still deliver the package. We are very sorry if you are caught up in the delays. We understand the frustration because it is happening to us with things we have ordered too.

Hello all!
It seems that eBay is starting to remove listings of "items that pose a health or safety hazard as specified by any government agency". Unfortunately, that would include most of our products. They have already removed one of our listings, and I assume the others will be removed shortly. We are in the process of designing a website so you can (hopefully) order online soon. For the moment, you can order on Amazon and most items are still on eBay. We will keep you updated on the website and any other issues with eBay.

Hello all.
Due to COVID-19, Dallas county, where our business is located, has issued a "shelter in place" order and is requiring all non essential businesses to close. Because plumbers and contractors are considered essential businesses, and we supply the material they need to continue to work, we will still be here as long as we can.
We have been taking precautions to protect ourselves from this virus, and we will continue to do so. Starting Tuesday, we will work half days in order to get out any orders that come in, including on-line orders. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Good morning everyone!
We just found out that our label manufacture sent us the wrong labels, and we used several hundred before the mistake was caught. If you have purchased 60/40 from us in the last couple of weeks, please check to see if your spools are marked with a 40/60 label. The solder is definitely 60/40, just the label is incorrect.
